Vignobles Laydis Diary – January/February 2025

Between bottling, participation in one of the world’s leading wine fairs and a bright outlook for the coming year, the months of January and February were punctuated by the energy and passion that drive us. Find out what’s been happening!
January: between gourmet inspiration and bottling
- Blog post of the month: Wine and food pairing for a successful Valentine’s Day
- Thursday January 30: bottling of Daylis and Château Roc de Calon, a key moment when each cuvée takes flight before reaching your tables.
February: Wine Paris, meetings and great prospects
From February 10 to 12, Vignobles Laydis headed for Paris to take part in the 6ᵉ edition of the Wine Paris trade show. This year marked a record attendance, with 52,622 visitors, confirming the importance of this must-attend event for the wine industry.

The three days were rich in exchanges, with over 30 industry players meeting, opening up new perspectives, both in France and internationally. In particular, we had the pleasure of discussing with Yves Beck,an essential reference in the world of wine.
Wine Paris was a key moment for Vignobles Laydis, an intense interlude, but also a breath of fresh air! A huge thank you to everyone who came to see us and share these moments with us!
